Metroid Prime 3 - Bloom

Metroid Prime 3's bloom does not work correctly on EFB2Tex, spreading out and copying itself multiple times. If we outright disable EFB copies to Texture (as in, completely off) and force EFB Copies to RAM on everything, the bloom acts much more like console.

NOTE: Samus' armor is not correct in this fifolog, but it has been fixed.
